SDS-PAGE analysis of NS-028CN-S(P) in non-reduced (Lane 2) and reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced protein migrates as about 26 kDa. And non-reduced protein migrates as 27 kDa.
