Human Anti-MADCAM1 Recombinant Antibody (clone PF-547659); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBL-636)
Recombinant Human Antibody (PF-547659) is capable of binding to MAdCAM-1 D1D2, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-MAdCAM-1 D1D2 fab and CH1-3 region of human fab and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-MAdCAM-1 D1D2 proteins fab and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.
