Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human MADCAM1. This antibody is an anti-human MAdCAM monoclonal antibody which has potential utility in the treatment of inflammatory conditions by blocking tissue homing of activated α4β7+ leukocytes.
