Human Anti-MSLN Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-0833CL-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-0833CL-F(E))
The Fab fragment of clone Ab237 specifically binds to mesothelin. The Ab237 Fab fragment can bind both native surface-bound MSLN and soluble MSLN. However, the Ab237 Fab fragment bound 30-fold better to native MSLN expressed on the cell surface than it did to soluble MSLN in solution.
