Afuco™ Anti-Human RTN4 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced

Anti-RTN4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AFC-519CL is an anti-nogo-A monoclonal antibody used for treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Study show that treatment with anti-Nogo-A antibody improves neuromuscular function in the SOD1(G93A) mouse model of ALS, at least during the earlier stages of disease and suggest that pharmacological inhibition of Nogo-A may be a disease-modifying approach in ALS.
