Robust Matrix Staining

We have been using the Recombinant Anti-Human Fibronectin Antibody for our extracellular matrix remodeling studies. The antibody performs exceptionally well in immunohistochemistry applications on human tissue sections. It highlights the fibrillar fibronectin structures with great definition and contrast. The recombinant nature of the antibody gives us confidence that our staining intensity reflects actual protein abundance rather than reagent variability, which is crucial for our quantitative image analysis.

High Affinity Binding

In our solid-phase binding assays, this antibody demonstrated a very high affinity for human fibronectin. We were able to generate clean saturation curves with very low non-specific binding to the blocking agents. This reagent has facilitated our research into cell adhesion mechanisms and integrin signaling pathways. We highly recommend it to other groups working on ECM biology who need a dependable and specific fibronectin detection tool.
