Clone IST-9 is a powerful tool for neutralizing Fibronectin bioactivity. We used it in various functional assays and it effectively blocked FN1-mediated processes. Its broad reactivity across species like Human, Rat, and Bovine makes it incredibly versatile for our extracellular matrix research.

Excellent For IHC

We applied this antibody in Immunohistochemistry on both frozen (IHC-Fr) and paraffin sections (IHC-P). It provided specific staining of cellular fibronectin. Its ability to recognize the recombinant fragment of Human Fibronectin ensures precise localization in our wound healing and metastasis studies.
