The Recombinant Anti-FN1 ED-B (N-terminus x C-terminus) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Clone CGS-2 x Clone CGS-1) is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) engineered to bind two separate epitopes on FN1. The bpAb's tandem scFv design features the CGS-2 scFv (targeting the N-terminus of the ED-B oncofoetal domain) N-terminally conjugated to the CGS-1 scFv (specific for the C-terminus of the ED-B oncofoetal domain of fibronectin).

Target
- Introduction
- This gene encodes fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis.
