Anti-CD66e-SN38 ADC (CAT#: ADC-122LZY)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD66e antibody conjugated via linker to SN38 (anti-CD66e-SN38). It is in Phase I clinical trials and has demonstrated a response in colorectal cancer treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of binding to DNA minor groove and causing sequence-specific double-strand DNA cleavage.
