Mouse Anti-ADGRE5 Recombinant Antibody (AD478)

The anti-ADGRE5 recombinant antibody (AD478) reacts with human ADGRE5. ADGRE5 (CD97) is an adhesion GPCR that mediates cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. It binds ligands such as CD55 and chondroitin sulfate. It is highly expressed in many carcinomas, where its signaling activates Rho GTPases to promote tumor cell migration, invasion, and metastatic progression. The anti-ADGRE5 antibody (AD478) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
