M291 is a humanized antibody specific for CD3, and therefore M291 is an antibody specific for the human CD3 complex. HPAB-0545-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0545-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
