YTH 12.5 is a rat hybridoma cell line that produces an IgG2b monoclonal antibody specifically targeting the CD3 antigen complex. HPAB-0543-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0543-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
