The antibody can effectively block the binding of CD47 to SIRP alpha, and promote the phagocytosis of immune cells to tumor cells, and has a clear therapeutic effect on leukemia model mice with CD47 positive expression, and has a significant synergistic effect in combination with targeted drugs such as EGFR.
