Mouse Anti-CDH3 Recombinant Antibody (clone TSP7); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBC-251)
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody Fab fragment that can recognize CDH3. The epitope recognized by TSP7 is likely essential for the stability of cell adhesion mediated by P-cadherin. SP7 abolishes cell adhesion by disabling the so-called X-dimer (a kinetic adhesive intermediate), in addition to disrupting the strand-swap dimer (the final thermodynamic state).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
