Recombinant Rabbit anti-CDH3 monoclonal antibody for WB, IP, FC, IHC-P, ICC/IF, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Versatile And High Affinity
This Hi-Affi Rabbit recombinant antibody is one of the best reagents we have used for CDH3 detection. We used it for both Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation, and the results were superior. The recombinant technology ensures high affinity and sensitivity, which allowed us to detect P-Cadherin even in samples with lower expression levels.
Excellent IHC Staining
We performed Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections using this antibody. The clone DS619AB provided clean and specific staining of cell junctions, characteristic of cadherin expression. The lack of background noise and the high specificity for human CDH3 made our image analysis much more straightforward and accurate.
