Recombinant Anti-Coagulation Factor VIII Soluble TCR (GS1-17A) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3585)
TCR (GS1-17A) recognizes Coagulation Factor VIII peptide (SYFTNMFATWSPSKARLHLQ) in the context of HLA-DR1. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
