G99 IgG was incubated at various concentrations under the following conditions: ELISA wells coated with 3E6 Fab, blocked, and then coated with C2 (●); wells coated with 3E6 Fab and blocked (○); and wells blocked and then incubated with C2 domain only (■). Bound G99 IgG was detected using goat anti-mouse IgG-alkaline phosphatase.
