Human Anti-CSF1R Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0153-FY-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0153-FY-S(P))
This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes colony stimulating factor 1 receptor, a type III tyrosine kinase receptor known to be involved in various cancers and inflammatory diseases. The epitope of the predicted antibody primarily encompasses the D1 domain located in the N-terminal extracellular region of CD115, along with certain residues from the D2 domain. The single-chain fragment variable (scFv) is a genetically engineered antibody with significant versatility for various applications in research, diagnostics, and clinical settings. Its molecular weight is approximately 28 kDa.
