Human Anti-ENG Recombinant Antibody (clone 6B10) (CAT#: HPAB-0713-CN)
This is a fully human monoclonal antibody directed to CD105. The antibody 6B10 can inhibit vessel lengthening by at least 20%, and can cause pronounced modulation of the actin cytoskeleton structure of endothelial cells.
