The different concentration of immunotoxin (5 µg, 2.5 µg, 1.25 µg, 750 ng, 375 ng, 187 ng and 93 ng) as antigen was added to diferent wells. The anti-pseudomonas exotoxin A (PEA) and then the horseradish peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used for evaluation of immunotoxin attachment ability. Data shown are mean [±SD] OD values. *Value signifcantly diferent from controls from 5 to 750 ng concentration (p<0.05)
