The antibody clone D2 was produced by immunizing with recombinant EphA2. It can be used for detection of human EPHA2 in ELISA, WB and IF staining.

Figure 1 Reactivities of EphA2-specific scFv antibodies to COS-7 cell lines overexpressing EphA2 receptors
COS-7 cells were transfected with constructs overexpressing EphA2 receptors. The receptors on the surface of nonpermeabilized cells were detected by D2 antibody. Antibody-binding was visualized by secondary Alexa Fluor 488/568 antibodies.
Block
Figure 2 D2-scFv blocks the binding of ephrin-A5 to its EphA2 receptor.
When added to a D2-scFv/EphA2 complex, ephrin-A5 runs as a monomer on a size exclusion column (dotted line) but forms a heterodimeric receptor/ligand complex when mixed with an un-complexed EphA2 (dotted line).
