- By dot blot analysis, this antibody recognized rhGPC3 protein with no cross-reactivity with GST protein. The binding affinity for rhGPC3 was established by ELISA at the concentration of 1 ug/ml and 0.5 ug/ml rhGPC3 protein. This antibody showed intense membrane immunofluorescence staining with a significant fraction of viable HepG2.tdTomato cells.
