Human Anti-HMGB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone G16) (CAT#: VS-0824-CJ6)
G4 is a high-affinity antibody targeting High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1), derived from a human Fab phage display library. G4 binds to specific regions of the HMG1 protein, including the B-Box and A-Box. The affinity of G4 was evaluated using BIAcore analysis, which showed a dissociation constant of approximately 22 nM.
