Recombinant Mouse Anti-HMGB1 Capture Antibody (clone 1B5) (CAT#: VS3-WK1654)
This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human HMGB1. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 1B5 and 1G1. The clone 1B5 can be used in ELISA analysis as a capture antibody at a dilution of 1/10000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human HMGB1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgM.
