This biparatopic antibody (bpAb) binds two distinct IL13 epitopes, having been designed as a tandem scFv. The Anrukinzumab scFv (specific for the IL-13 epitope that binds IL-4Rα) is N-terminally fused to the IMA-026 scFv (specific for the IL-13 epitope that binds IL-13Rα1 and IL-13Rα2).
