This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes IL21R. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in Neut, FuncS.

Purified T cells from healthy donorperipheral blood were pre-incubated with ATR-107 at concentrations from 0.03 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml or control antibody for 30 minutes, followed by stimulation with IL-21 (10 ng/ml) for an additional 15 minutes.
