Recombinant Anti-IL23A Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC180)

The anti-IL23A eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL23A. IL23A, part of the IL23 cytokine, favors memory CD4+ T cell activity. The antibody has a novel IL23A-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL23A from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
