Human Anti-L1CAM Recombinant Antibody (clone Ab4) (CAT#: HPAB-J0160-YC)
A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to L1CAM(L1 cell adhesion molecule) protein expressed in human and mouse is provided to suppress migration and proliferation of cancer cells and to effectively treat various cancers.

Figure 1 Ab4 binds to human cancer cell lines expressing L1CAM (A375, SCK, MCF-7) and mouse cancer cell lines (B16F10) and hardly binds to ACHN cells that express little L1CAM.
Inhib
Figure 2 the proliferation of cancer cells was inhibited by the Ab4 antibody.
FuncS
Figure 3 shows the effect of the Ab4 antibody on the migration of human cholangiocarcinoma SCK expressing L1CAM.
PBS (lane 1), Ab4 (lane 2), human antibody Ig in cell culture (lane 3) and the mouse antibody A10A3 (lane 40) that binds to L1CAM was compared with the result.
