Provided is an anti-mesothelin antibody scFv fragment with particularly high affinity for mesothelin. The anti-mesothelin antibody is well-suited for the diagnosis and treatment study of cancers of the ovary, stomach, squamous cells, mesotheliomas and other malignant cells expressing mesothelin.
