This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated MTOR. The target of this antibody is phospho-MTOR (Ser2448). The clone R13-9D-7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of MTOR (pSer2448) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 289 kDa.
