This product is a recombinant Mouse IgG1 antibody Fab fragment that recognizes MUC16. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. This MUC16-directed monoclonal antibody was isolated by ELISA-based screening using both the individual peptides and recombinant GST-ΔMUC16c114 protein followed by sequential subcloning for single-cell clones. This antibody was characterized for utility in immunohistochemistry using OVCAR3 cell lines. The epitope of this antibody is TLDRSSVLVDGYSPNRNE.
