Rabbit Anti-NFKB2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC798)
CAT#: VS13-YC798
The Rabbit Anti-NFKB2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NFKB2. NFKB2 is part of the NF-kappa-B complex, activating inflammation and immune function genes. Depending on its dimerization partner, it acts as an activator or repressor and processes from p100 to p52. Chromosomal alterations are noted in B cell lymphomas, potentially forming fusion proteins, with multiple splice variants present. The anti-NFKB2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
