This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes ROR1. The IC₅₀ of the mAb is 0.93 nM. The binding affinities of ROR1 extracellular domain dimer and monomer for the anti- ROR1 antibody were 0.2 nM and 0.3 nM as determined by surface plasmon resonance (SPR).
