The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-SMAD3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat SMAD3. SMAD3, similar to SMAD2, encodes a protein mediating TGF-beta signaling, impacting carcinogenesis regulation. The anti-SMAD3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
