Rabbit Anti-SPP1 Recombinant Antibody (VS3-FY2881) (CAT#: VS3-FY2881)
The anti-SPP1 antibody is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that has been designed to bind the human SPP1 protein. It cross-reacts with rat, hamster species. This monoclonal antibody proves valuable in disease research related to Pediatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Dentin Dysplasia. The antibody can be utilized for detection of target protein by Western Blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Post Translation Modifications
- Forms covalent cross-links mediated by transglutaminase TGM2, between a glutamine and the epsilon-amino group of a lysine residue, forming homopolymers and heteropolymers, increasing its collagen binding properties. (P10451-OSTP_HUMAN)
Extensively phosphorylated by FAM20C in the extracellular medium at multiple sites within the S-x-E/pS motif (PubMed:15869464, 22582013, 26091039).
The phosphorylated form inhibits hydroxyapatite crystallization.
Dephosphorylation via a mechanism involving ALPL/TNAP promotes hydroxyapatite crystallization (By similarity).
(P10451-OSTP_HUMAN)
O-glycosylated.
Isoform 5 is GalNAc O-glycosylated at Thr-59 or Ser-62.
