Mouse Anti-TNFRSF8 Agonistic Antibody (VS-0724-XY50) (CAT#: VS-0724-XY50)
The agonistic mouse antibody reacts with TNFRSF8 (TNF receptor superfamily member 8), which limits the proliferative potential of autoreactive CD8 effector T cells and protect the body against autoimmunity. This antibody specifically reacts with human TNFRSF8. It has been tested using Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Agonistic assays and Mass Cytometry. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Flow cytometry and Agonistic assays is 1 µg/mL, 0.25 µg/106 cells and 0.05-0.2 µg/mL.
