Human Anti-TPO Recombinant Antibody (clone B8) (CAT#: FAMAB-0014JF)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to VI of human TPO. This human anti-TPO monoclonal antibody B8 can be widely used in the treatment of Graves' disease.

ELISA analysis of FAMAB-0014JF was performed by coating with human TPO protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with FAMAB-0014JF. A HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody (1: 6000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of FAMAB-0014JF was performed by loading human TPO protein (Lane 1 0.1 μg, Lane 2 0.3 μg, Lane 3 0.6 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with FAMAB-0014JF and a HRP goat anti-human IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody (1: 4000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of FAMAB-0014JF was performed by coating with human TPO protein (His tag).
