    • This chimeric scFv-IgG Fc antibody has potential functions to elicit cytotoxic activity against the neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y expressing GD2 through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) mechanisms. Therefore, its potential functionality can be summarized as mediating anti-tumor activity by targeting and eliminating malignant cells through the utilization of human immune system cells.
