Recombinant Mouse Anti-MDM2 Soluble TCR (MDM2) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF206)
Mouse TCR (MDM2) recognizes MDM2 peptide (aa 81-88) in the context of H-2Kb. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (MDM2). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
