This is a scFv monoclonal antibody directed against CD59, derived from hybridoma cells. The antibody has previously been shown to be a cancer disease-modifying antibody (CDMAB) with cytotoxicity in multiple cancer models, including prostate and breast cancer. Prevent tumor growth and reduce tumor burden. The single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
