Recombinant Mouse Antibody (M2139) Fab Fragment is specific to Mouse J1, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment specifically recognizes the J1 epitope and is the most arthritogenic anti-CII mAb in the mouse, eliciting disease upon single transfer.
