Mouse Anti-COL2A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone M2139); scFv Fragment

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (M2139) scFv Fragment is specific to Mouse J1, expressed in E. coli. This scFv fragment specifically recognizes the J1 epitope and is the most arthritogenic anti-CII mAb in the mouse, eliciting disease upon single transfer.
