Recombinant Mouse Anti-Mouse J1 Antibody (M2139) (CAT#: PABL-649)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (M2139) is capable of binding to Mouse J1 , expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This mAb specifically recognizes the J1 epitope and is the most arthritogenic anti-CII mAb in the mouse, eliciting disease upon single transfer.

Recombinant IdeS was incubated with purified monoclonal antibody (mAb) M287 (IgG2a), CIIC1 (IgG2a), M2139 (IgG2b), M284 (IgG1), or B10 (IgG3), separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under reducing conditions on Precise Protein Gradient Gels, and stained with Coomassie blue.
