Recombinant Humanized monoclonal Single Domain Antibody expressed in E. coli binding to Human CXCR2. The anti-CXC chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2; IL8RB) antibodiess in combination with other cancer immunotherapies can prevent migration of myeloid-derived suppressor cells and increased the efficacy of programmed cell death 1-targeting mAbs in a mouse model of rhabdomyosarcoma.
