Anti-GD2 Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG-IL2 (CAT#: ACFP-SH002)
This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-GD2 IgG to IL2. The chimeric protein is composed of two protein chains: the chimeric mouse-dog light chain; and the chimeric mouse-dog heavy chain fused to dog IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the GD2 as well as the biological activity of IL2. It improved Fc-Receptor binding and improved ADCC effector function, are useful in the treatment of GD2-expressing cancers in dogs. This immunocytokine was designed for treating GD2-expressing cancers.
