Recombinant Anti-human HTT Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B023(G))
Recombinant anti-HTT intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind htt and prevent aggregation, show promise as immunotherapeutics for HD, expressed in 293T cells. The anti-huntingtin intrabody can degrade mutant huntingtin proteins by directing them to the proteasome, while also increasing the negative charge.
