Equilibrium dissociation constants (KD values) for antigen binding to selected antibodies were determined by surface kinetics using a real-time biosensor surface plasmon resonance assay. The equilibrium dissociation constants (KD values) of 22-D3 for GDF8 is 1.23 nM.
