Afuco™ Anti-Human NTRK2 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-669CL)
Anti-NTRK2 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is secreted protein that binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of the tropomyosin-receptor kinase B (TrkB) receptor. It promote neuronal cell survival by activating the receptor and down-stream signaling proteins. We explored anti-TrkB antibodies as a therapeutic strategy for Huntington's disease (HD).
