Human Anti-SIRPA Recombinant Antibody (TAB-453CT) (CAT#: TAB-453CT)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes SIRPA. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
Figure 1 Anti-Human SIRPA Antibody (TAB-453CT) in WB
Western blot analysis of TAB-453CT was performed by loading Human SIRPA Protein (His Tag) in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3 (0.1 μg 0.3 μg 0.6 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-453CT (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-453CT was performed by coating with Human SIRPA Protein (His Tag).
TAB-453CT incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.

Figure 3 Anti-Human SIRPA Antibody (TAB-453CT) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of TAB-453CT was performed by coating with Human SIRPA Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-453CT. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 5000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
