This product is a humanized monoclonal antibody with N-glycosylation site Asn297 in the Fc region, and the glycosylated antibody shows at least 10 fold increased ADCC and at least 10 % reduced CDC activity. Antibody specifically binds human Lewis Y and can be potentially used in the treatment of breast cancer.
